Bladder Dysfunction, Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is extremely common but not normal! The two main types of incontinence that women experience are; stress incontinence, leaking when you cough, sneeze or jump, and urge incontinence, not being able to hold a full bladder. Urinary incontinence can be caused by pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, prolapse or just the normal ageing process. It can be very upsetting and embarrassing but there are simple, effective treatment options available.
