I will provide you with the gentle guidance and accountability you need over three months while you develop sustainable, healthy habits for greater energy, more mental clarity and a robust resilience to stress.
We’ll focus on your nutrition, fitness, sleep, gut-health, hormone-health, work and home life, relationships, stress levels, productivity and mindset. Taking a break from alcohol is by no means a compulsory part of my programme, but if you are a ‘middle-lane’ drinker wanting to explore your relationship with alcohol, I will offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to do so.
By making small, manageable changes that slowly build over time, you can look forward to a healthier, happier and more fulfilling future. 2 sessions of 1:1 coaching, usually 2 weeks apart, which includes 1x 90-120-minute session & 1x 60-minute session
