About Amy Dier

Amy has been practicing yoga since the age of 19 and completed her first yoga teacher training at The Himalaya Yoga Valley in India in 2017. After years of teaching, she welcomed her first baby in 2020 and found yoga to be an invaluable support during both her pregnancy and postnatal journey. She trained in pre and postnatal yoga, which is now her area of specialisation. Amy is passionate about helping women feel more embodied at every stage of life through somatic movement, fascial anatomy, breathwork, and nervous system education. In her classes, she emphasizes process over outcome and honors the body’s innate intelligence. As a Mum of two young children, Amy understands how challenging it can be to find time for self-care. Her mission is to help you build a sustainable, smarter yoga practice that will enhance how you move, feel, and live—today and for years to come.
