Terms & Conditions for The Mummy Hub Limited (The Mummy Hub)

These Terms and Conditions govern use of our services, including studio visits, classes, events and related offerings and associated attendance at our premises. By making payment of, or by participating in, any classes or services provided by The Mummy Hub you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1. Booking and Payment
  • All class bookings must be made in advance through our website, TeamUp App or at the studio. We have a 5 minute late arrivals / grace period policy, participants are required to be in classes within those 5 minutes. Late arrivals will be refused entry to class and the class credit will be lost. This is to minimise disruption at the start of class.
  • Payments for classes, packages, or memberships must be made in advance.
  • All prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
  • Memberships, class packages and individual classes are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law. Please refer to clause 7. (Memberships) for further details.
  • All clients are required to sign in at reception before participating in a class.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows and Waitlists
  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any class cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of the class credit.
  • If you do not show up for a class without cancelling, you will lose the class credit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. In such cases, clients will be notified by email and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.
  • We reserve the right to change your instructor. In such instances, members will be notified on the app.
  • Members who have put themselves on the waitlist for a class are then required to accept their spot from the waitlist when or if a spot becomes available in order to be booked into the class. Communication is sent via email & through our app ‘push notification’ and you will have 60 minutes to reply before the spot is passed onto the next member on the waitlist.
3. Health, Safety and Hygiene
  • By attending classes, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in the relevant exercise class and that you have disclosed any pregnancy, medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to our instructors by signing our waiver.
  • It is your responsibility to seek medical advice before beginning any exercise program if you have concerns about your health.
  • You must notify the instructor of any pregnancy, medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the start of each class.
  • Perinatal clients must inform the Studio prior to attending class. A pre/post natal waiver is required before starting or continuing classes with The Mummy Hub.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation in any class if, in the instructor’s opinion, it may pose a risk to your safety.
4. Liability Waiver
  • Subject always to clause 12(c), by attending classes at The Mummy Hub or by using our studio, you release The Mummy Hub, its employees, instructors, and agents from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during participation in the classes or any related activities or by your use of the studio and equipment.
  • You acknowledge that you participate in exercise classes and / or training at the studio your own risk.
  • The Mummy Hub accepts no liability for loss, stolen or damage to property of persons on our premises except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
5. Age requirement

Members between the ages of 16 – 18 years, require consent from a parent/guardian to attend our exercise classes. The parent/guardian will also need to be present throughout the exercise class.

6. Code of Conduct
  • We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards instructors, other clients, and staff.
  • Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in being asked to leave our premises without a refund.
  • Proper attire and hygiene are required for all classes.
  • The Mummy Hub reserves the right to refuse entry.
7. Memberships and Packages
  • Memberships are subject to a minimum three month contract but not fixed term. If you wish to cancel, you must provide a 30-day written notice prior to your membership renewal via email.
  • Your payment will be automatically direct-debited from your nominated account / card on the same date each month. Monthly credits will not be carried over into the next month, any deviation from this will be solely at the discretion of The Mummy Hub.
  • You may request in writing to the Mummy Hub to suspend your membership for up to three months due to injuries or illness. The grant of suspensions is at the sole discretion of The Mummy Hub and the Mummy Hub may request a note from your doctor confirming your inability to attend classes.
  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
  • Drop-in classes expire within 1-month from the date of purchase.
  • Membership classes must be used within their respective month and will renew on the date of purchase.
  • The following class membership options are available:
  • 2 classes a week
  • 3 classes a week
  • 4 classes a week
  • Various packages are also available for classes and these expire as shown below:
  • 5 classes – expire within 2-months from the date of purchase
  • 10 classes – expire within 3-months from the date of purchase
  • Months are defined as one calendar month (Gregorian calendar) from the date of purchase.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
  • We value your privacy and handle your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy on our website.
  • We may use your contact information to send updates, class schedules, promotions, and other communications related to The Mummy Hub. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
  • At times we may take photographs, videos, or other media during class for promotional or educational purposes. In such instances, participants will be notified in advance via email.
9. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights, including logos, trademarks, and content on The Mummy Hub website, social media, and marketing materials, are owned by or licensed to The Mummy Hub.
  • No content from The Mummy Hub may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10.  Amendments to Terms
  • The Mummy Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the revised terms will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.
  • Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.

12. Miscellaneous
  • If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions at any time becomes void, voidable or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to have full force and effect.
  • A party’s failure or delay to exercise a power or right under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that party’s power or right.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the services we provide.
