We offer small group fitness classes for women at every age and stage, focusing on functional strength training, flexibility and mobility.

 

Experienced instructors, welcoming, supportive atmosphere and stunning studio facilities with coffee shop offer a unique exercise experience.

 

You are welcome to bring babies up to crawling stage to any of our specific postnatal classes.

BlendBarre

A toning, strengthening and energetic class that blends ballet style moves with Pilates, strength and cardio bursts into a fun, full body workout.

 

The moves are designed to create tone and definition and you will feel generally stronger throughout your entire body. You may well discover muscles that you never knew you had!

Beginners welcome

BlendFit

Sarah’s signature class gives you and your body a bit of everything!


You will begin with some high energy, cardio, boxing inspired movement; blending neatly into some barre work to tone and define the entire body and followed by some strength Pilates to work on your core strength and stability. You will end with a stretch cool down and my work will be done.

Beginners welcome

BlendPilates

Blending traditional Pilates movements with mobility and core strength work.


This class is your go-to to keep your body healthy and functional.

 

We will work on strengthening your internal muscles, gaining balance and stability as well as working on focusing the mind.

An intermediate class

BlendStrong

A mix of strength training techniques using Dumbbells and Kettlebells, this class will help to achieve gains in strength, both physically and mentally and increase overall health in the entire body.

 

You will perform dynamic cardio bursts between strength moves which will keep the heart pumping while still encouraging muscular endurance and strength.

Antenatal Pilates

Maintain strength, control and mobility throughout pregnancy and prepare for birth with our expert antenatal Pilates.

Suitable for any stage of pregnancy and any experience level

Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates suitable from 8 weeks postnatal.


Start rebuilding strength, core and pelvic floor connection.


You are welcome to bring your baby with you and all levels are welcome.

Beginner Pilates

A beginners mat Pilates class introducing the basic principles of Pilates and great for building strength and control.


Perfect for rehabilitation after injury, returning to exercise after pregnancy or just if you haven’t tried Pilates before.

Postnatal Strength

This class is designed specifically for those who are in their postnatal phase and want to begin to safely build strength.


You will be part of a 6-week programme that builds and progresses slowly to really see and feel the benefits.


Your babies are welcome to come along to the class.

20:20:20

A slow meditative class that involves:

 

  • 20 minutes of gentle yoga poses and flows to ease the body at the end of the day
  • 20 minutes of breathwork exploring and practising some breathing techniques to slow down the mind
  • 20 minute guided meditation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep) enabling you to absorb the full benefits of this nourishing practice.

TRX Yoga

Strengthen, lengthen and stretch the muscles in the body as well as balance the mind in this TRX Yoga class.


Sequences will rely on the TRX system as a prop for support and a tool for added challenge, emphasising core stability, building strength, improving balance, and increasing mobility and flexibility.


This class will leave you feeling confident, empowered and guide you towards optimal alignment and posture in the body.

Yang to Yin Yoga

Wake up and bring energy to the body and the mind as you move through an energising active yoga flow for the first half of the class before softening into longer held floor-based yin poses to slow down and create space within, leaving you rejuvenated and more grounded for the day.

Yoga Sculpt

Boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move through yoga flows and sequences using optional light free weights.


This class will intensify traditional yoga poses while mixing strength training moves, building heat in the body and channelling your inner power and strength.

Postnatal Yoga with Baby

A gentle, supportive class to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and regulate your nervous system after birth — all with your baby by your side.


Learn about postpartum recovery through breath, movement, and shared connection with other mothers.

Pregnancy Yoga

A supportive weekly class combining functional movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation to help you feel strong, calm, and connected during pregnancy.


Explore your changing body through experiential anatomy, learn practical tools for pelvic health and nervous system support, and prepare for birth with confidence and ease.

Cancer Rehabilitation

Return to exercise during or after cancer treatment in a supportive atmosphere.


Our instructor Katharine is qualified in exercise for cancer rehab and experienced in supporting clients through this time.
