Using a blend of clinical hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, these sessions are tailored entirely to you and your goals.

What to Expect

Initial Consultation (75–90 mins) – £120

 

  • In-depth discussion of your goals and challenges
  • Gentle introduction to hypnotherapy
  • Personalised plan and first hypnosis session


Follow-Up Sessions (60 mins) – £85

 

  • Guided hypnotherapy with tools like imagery, suggestion work, parts therapy or cognitive reframing
  • Ongoing review and refinement of your progress
  • Support between sessions via brief check-ins if needed


Most people benefit from 3–6 sessions, depending on the issue.
