About Becky Radeka

Special interest:
  • Women’s health
  • Visceral issues

My goal is to restore patients’ mobility, keep them moving, and ensure their rehabilitation is effective, efficient, and stress-free.

I encourage my patients to take an active role in their treatment and management by tailoring exercises when necessary and reviewing their progression frequently.

From an early age, I did a lot of sports including skiing, basketball, swimming, fitness, athletics, and golf, among others. I have always been interested in the human body and how to improve its ability to heal itself.

While working as a personal trainer in the past, I realised that without other therapies the body may struggle to function at its highest ability, especially if there is any underlying trauma from the past. I understood then that I needed to deepen my knowledge in a different way. With this in mind, it led me to osteopathy.

It all started with receiving treatments myself and experiencing first-hand how they could improve my life and allow me to feel pain-free again.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), Maidstone, in 2019, achieving a Master’s degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost). After finishing the degree, I took a role as a teaching assistant within the ESO.

I am currently studying for a post-graduate diploma in Women’s Health with the Molinari Institute of Health in London.
